A 50% deposit is automatically taken upon reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. There is a $25 charge per room for cancellations or changes in your arrival plans 14 days or more in advance. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you are responsible for your entire reservation. If I can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30-day cancellation notice and a 50% advanced payment are required on WHOLE house bookings, some multiple room bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Inquire about No Breakfast options for discounts, extended stays in the off-season discounted rates, and furnished room options during Oct-May as an apt. rental. Many varieties of rates and options open to meet your lodging needs.
Any time after 4 PM with a confirmed reservation / Walkups must arrive before 8 PM.
Check-Out should be by 11:00 AM.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Please note there are 2 cats on the premises—Bella and Abby—and we don't allow any other pets in the Inn.
My Inn is my personal home and filled with collections of antiques and tchotchkes from my family. You may not find it conducive for young children nor are discounts available, as prices are set per person. Items lost, broken, or stained will incur an additional fee after checkout.
Damages or excessive housekeeping will incur an additional fee at checkout. If the room cannot be rented the same day that you check out, a one (1) day fee will apply for spills on the carpet, stains on handmade quilts and spreads, etc. Please consider how lovely and clean the room was when you arrived—it should be the same way you leave it.
